has spent over 30 years in the Human Resources field, with the vast majority of that
experience in the areas of Executive Search, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Consulting.
He has served in various leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Procter
and Gamble and Ford Motor Company.
He holds a B.A. Degree from Heidelberg University, Ohio and has done Graduate Study
work at Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland. He has held a number of Community
Affiliations at the Committee and Board level and is a past President of the Chesapeake
Human Resources Association.
