Matt is the
newest Partner to join Capital Search Group, bringing with him nearly ten years of
recruiting experience. Most recently he was employed by Bank of America as a Senior
Manager managing domestic and international searches that covered the disciplines of Human
Resources, Legal, and Risk Management. Prior to this experience Matt had spent the
majority of his career performing Accounting, Finance, and Treasury searches throughout
the mid-Atlantic area with a national search firm. From his experiences in both Corporate
Recruiting and in Executive Search, he fully understands the cycle that an exhaustive
search can travel, and has often helped clients complete the most difficult of
assignments.
